How to recycle or dispose of an expired car seat?

A few years ago, the Regional Center for Environmental Research and Education (CREER) devised a method for recycling materials from used car seats. For example, recycled plastic can be turned into park benches or picnic tables, and belts can be used as accessories for animals.
