The free delivery service is not applicable on furniture, and on certain products whose weight and dimensions exceed the standard.

Delivery delay

A notice and a tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can follow the path of your package when your order leaves our warehouse.

Items are sent by expedited Canada Post within 24 to 48 business hours following your order. You will receive your merchandise within 2 to 10 business days depending on the province or territory of destination.

The delay may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, etc.

Specific conditions

Orders may be subject to certain checks when the delivery address differs from the billing address.

Petits Pas Boutique reserves the right to cancel and refund any order. An email confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.

Except in cases of force majeure, the delivery times will be, within the limits of available stocks, those indicated below. Boutique Petits Pas will not be responsible for delays caused by its suppliers. Boutique Petits Pas cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery.

Boutique Petits Pas reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products.

Shipping costs plus taxes, if applicable, are based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

ATTENTION: In the event of an input error on the part of the customer in the delivery address, which does not allow the carrier to deliver the package to its destination, Boutique Petits Pas cannot be held liable and this , for whatever nature.

In this case, the package will be returned to the premises of Boutique Petits Pas who will contact the customer using the contact details provided by the latter, in order to obtain a correct delivery address. From then on, the package will be forwarded to the correct address but this forwarding will remain the sole responsibility of the customer. This one will be able to receive his parcel against reimbursement of the amount of the shipping costs related to this reshipment.
